The village boasts a stunning 12th century church, and just south of the churchyard lies St Weonards Tump, originally a Bronze Age burial place, later used for morris dancing and village festivals. Just 8 miles away, the market town of Ross-on-Wye has many Tudor timbered buildings, a 17th century Market Hall, and individual shops, pubs and restaurants.
