    “Beechnut cottage was very comfortable, and quiet.”

    Just what I needed for a restful week. The only drawback was the steps down from the verandah to the lawn. Unfortunately, my small dog was unable to manage them, and I didn’t want to try as I’m wary of my balance. A handrail might have helped perhaps? However, as the lane was so quiet, we went for short walks instead. Altogether a most enjoyable time, thank you.
