“Very nice property in a really nice area.”

Lovely and quiet and the property has everything that you need for self catering. Really easy to find and lots of nice places to walk in the area so you don't really need your car once you have arrived. The owner was exceedingly helpful and very friendly.

The property

Located within the Cotswolds' 550 acre Lower Mill Estate nature reserve and just a minute's stroll from the River Thames, the property offers accommodation ideal for families with youngsters, but is also perfect for couples looking to relax. Internally, the cottage is welcoming and well furnished with your own grassed garden outside, perfect for sitting / playing, with a small and shallow stream, and lake beyond. The Lower Mill Estate is particularly attractive for families as there are many activities on offer, including an outdoor heated swimming pool, sauna, tennis court and walking as well as countless other activities nearby.

This property also benefits from Membership of the ArtSpa facility (heated indoor/outdoor pools, as well as an eco-pool, sauna, treatment rooms, gym etc). In our opinion Kingfishers House is perfect for families who are happy for their children to enjoy space and things to do, or for those who would like the peace and quiet outside school holiday times.
