Spacious downstairs offers lots of flexibility to all be together or split up to watch tv, read etc. Good outside area in tranquil setting. Nice friendly hosts. Good pub a few minutes walk away and plenty of places to visit closeby.

The property

Cream Door Cottage is located within the parish of Hartlebury on the outskirts of Kidderminster.

A delightfully deceptive spacious 200-year-old property which is perfectly located for exploring the beauty of the surrounding countryside as well as the close towns of Worcester, Droitwich, Bridgnorth, Ledbury and Ludlow to name but a few. It is a great base for families and friends looking to tour the Worcestershire, Warwickshire and Shropshire regions being in close proximity to the A449, A442 and motorway network. This charming generous farmhouse-style detached property is situated within the owner’s own grounds being originally three farm workers’ cottages retaining unique features, bringing the interior to life. The entrance begins with a utility room and a handy cloakroom just off.

Next, is the well-equipped separate kitchen, enjoying a lovely dining table set for four people with high-end fixtures, fittings, and china, allowing you to socialise and whip up a tasty meal together. The light warm restful sitting room allows character to seep through with relaxing antique and eclectic furnishings with the original beamed ceiling revealing the traditional side of the cottage.

Gather for cosy get togethers in front of the fire on a winter’s afternoon maybe play a board game or watch your favourite film. Finishing the ground floor is the tranquil garden room with plenty of comfortable seating, central heating plus a portable oil filled radiator.

Grab a book from the shelf and use this space for a quiet read or listen to the radio. There are two upstairs bedrooms along a double ended landing.

Each bedroom is uplifted with original beams and en-suite shower facilities, for a very relaxing stay.

The principal bedroom has a king size bed and a Smart TV Outside, the well-stocked garden is surrounded by woodland greenery where you have the pleasure of alfresco dining on the terrace, which is fully enclosed and for your own use, on balmy summer afternoons. The location benefits access to all the delights of the region with nearest pub just a short walk away.
