The property

The astounding Home Farm may be found in Witney, the biggest market town in Oxfordshire.

This stunning, stylish home can accommodate 16 guests in total and is ideal for a family vacation.

You will feel right at home as you arrive at this mansion, which is reached through a mile-long driveway and is surrounded by the stunning Cotswolds landscape.

As soon as you walk into Home Farm, you will be in the prep kitchen, which is the ideal location to begin only the best home-cooked meals.

Head down to the playroom, which has a convenient cloakroom to the left and enough activities, books, and DVDs to keep the kids occupied for hours, if you need to divert them while you're preparing supper.

The main kitchen, which can be reached by returning through the prep kitchen, is furnished with all contemporary conveniences required for your stay.

A small table and chairs are also available in this space, ideal for a delightful cup of tea and some biscuits.

The conveniently situated dining area, which is the ideal place to enjoy your meals as the sunlight floods in from the inviting conservatory, is to the left of the kitchen.

This passageway leads to the smaller sitting area, which is ideal for unwinding with a warm beverage while playing the piano.

The main living area is straight in front of you, and the utility room is to your right.

This is a fantastic location for the entire group to congregate and just relax while sharing a bottle of wine and some food.

This area is beautifully decorated and has nice views of the surrounding landscape.

A downstairs cloakroom with a separate toilet and sink is also part of the living area.

You have a wide selection of sleeping options on the first floor of the house, which can be reached through the stairs placed in front of the playroom.

The first bedrooms on the first floor are Bedroom 1, a twin room with a fixed cot and a sink, Bedroom 2, a king-size bed with a sink, and Bedroom 3, a twin room.

These are all exquisitely equipped and designed, and they all have breath-taking views of the Cotswold regions nearby.

In addition, a family bathroom with a walk-in shower, a hand basin, and a WC is situated between these rooms.

The fourth bedroom, which is a king-size room with a hand basin and an ensuite bathroom with a shower over the tub, a hand basin, and a toilet, can be found by continuing along the first-floor corridor.

The final four bedrooms are located on the second level of the first floor, which may be reached by taking a tiny step.

Bedrooms 5 and 6 are both twin rooms with sinks, while bedroom 7 is a king-size master room with a fixed cot and jack-and-jill access to the ensuite bathroom, which features a walk-in shower, a hand basin, and a toilet.

Another way to get to this is through bedroom 8, a twin room with a sink.

Another separate restroom and a separate bath with a hand basin are located next to these rooms.

If you venture outside the property, you will find plenty of natural beauty and kid- and adult-friendly activity.

The party will have plenty to do to keep them occupied throughout the summer months in the fenced rear garden, which is furnished with a BBQ (available March through October unless otherwise requested), outdoor furniture, a climbing frame, swings, and a tennis court.

If you feel like exploring farther afield, consider travelling to Burford, a charming village where you can sample the delicious cuisine at The Bay Tree Hotel or feed the ducks at the River Windrush.

Nothing goes wrong in this charming village.

The picturesque community of Bourton-on-the-water, which is located farther away, is home to many attractions like the Cotswold Motoring and Toy Museum and Birdland Park & Gardens.

You'll want to spend a whole day in the Ashmolean or perusing the stores on Oxford High Street in addition to the city of Oxford, a stunning site with a tonne to see.

Home Farm is the ideal location for a Cotswolds vacation because all of these locations are just a short drive away.
