Elder Cottage is a homely cottage set in the heart of Mickleton in the Cotswolds.

The charming interior and excellent location makes the property a fantastic stay for a peaceful couples' retreat.

Step in through the characterful stable door and into the rustic kitchen, a well-appointed room with wooden units and a pleasant dining table for 2.

To the other side of the hallway sits a fresh, cosy sitting room complete with comfortable seating for 3, a Freeview TV and an electric fire to keep you warm of a night time.

The ground floor is home to a stylish, tiled bathroom with a heated towel rail and classy mirror.

A walk up the stairs takes you to the open king size bedroom, a light and bright room with a comfy bed and plenty of clothing storage in a fitted wardrobe.

To the back of the house lies a lovely enclosed patio, immaculately kept with seating surrounded by attractive flora.

Elder Cottage sits in the centre of Mickleton with a good food pub across the road, the village also boasts another pub, a restaurant and a convenience store.

The Cotswolds AONB is a short drive away, offering incredible walking and scenery for you to enjoy.

The medieval town of Stratford-upon-Avon is also within easy reach and is most certainly worth a visit, especially for you William Shakespeare fans.

The charming village of Mickleton in Gloucestershire lies on the western edge of the Cotswolds Hills, close to the borders of Warwickshire and Worcestershire.
