“This property was very clean and tidy.”

It had everything we needed and was generally really lovely. The hot tub was certainly a real treat. The only issue we had was that although dogs were allowed at the property, we were not allowed to leave them alone and we only found this out when we arrived. It didn’t say this on the listing. This may not be an issue for some but for us it was important. We went for my husband’s birthday so we wanted to be able to go out for a nice meal to celebrate, but this would mean taking our two dogs ...

This may not be an issue for some but for us it was important. We went for my husband’s birthday so we wanted to be able to go out for a nice meal to celebrate, but this would mean taking our two dogs with us. One of our dogs isn’t great in pubs/cafes so it ended up being quite an inconvenience for us. I understand the reasons for this rule but it would have been good to know in advance rather than when we arrived.
