    “The cottage was an idyllic cottage.”

    However it was only surface clean. Everything was dirty. Toothpaste still on window sills, thick dirt on the floors etc, on our arrival. The cottage lists for 6 people but there was not enough hot water for 6 people to shower daily. So we was having cold showers. The main oven didn’t seem to work, and there was about 15 wasps in the top bedroom in the velux window. On the day of leaving the 3 cleanerers sat outside our properly staring through the window 45 mins before we was due to leave, ...

On the day of leaving the 3 cleanerers sat outside our properly staring through the window 45 mins before we was due to leave, looking in, pressuring us to get out the property even though check out time was 10am. Ironic really, considering the cleanliness of the place! Would we return … No.
