    “The holiday was heavily marred by the fact that for the first 5 consecutive nights a combination of guests in the neighbouring cabin or the owners either held or went to events which resulted in our sleep being disturbed in the early hours of the morning.”

    We were awoken by voices, footsteps on the gravel path & drive and the powerful spotlights being triggered Saturday night the owners held a party which resulted in people leaving at various times. So the disturbance was not an isolated event At 1:30, 2:00 and 2:20 am on the early hours of Tuesday morning we we were disturbed as we believe people returned from Cheltenham Races. We live in a city, so are used to noise. However when you book a holiday in such a rural, quiet location, you ...

One night is acceptable, not this many. We holiday frequently in cottages and this is the first time our break has been spolit in this way.

    I’m sorry you didn’t enjoy your stay , unfortunately it was Cheltenham Festival week and there is always a possibility that our guests will come in late We are 20 minutes from Cheltenham and often get guests going there This is the only week this happens as you pointed out we are in a quiet rural location and as you can tell from our reviews our guests have never experienced this before Property Owner

The property

A modern, semi-detached barn conversion resting close to the village of Cleeve Prior, situated on the northern edge of the Cotswolds.

With its contemporary design and sense of charm, this cottage has been beautifully styled from the inside out.

An open-plan living area is elevated by classic whites and greys, comprising of a light and airy kitchen, a classic dining table, as well as a freshly-renovated lounge.

Two bedrooms; a single and a double have been completed to a lovely standard, whilst the shower room matches that of a hotel quality, housing a walk-in shower.

An enclosed seating area is tied together by views over the fields, and plenty of walks are available from your doorstep.

Just eight miles from Stratford, Warwick and Evesham, this retreat goes hand-in-hand with the exceptional location.

The local pub, the Kings Arms is open on Monday from 12:00-15:00/18:00-21:00, it is closed Tuesdays and Wednesdays, open Thursdays from 12:00-15:00/18:00-21:00, Fridays from 12:00-15:00/18:00-23:00, Saturday 12:00-22:00 and Sundays 12:00-16:00.

A group of two beautiful semi-detached cottages, sitting amidst breath-taking countryside, close to the village of Cleeve Prior.
