Green Pump Cottage is located on a quiet street in the picturesque village of Blockley.
The front door opens into an open plan living/dining room and the following rooms are on the ground floor:
Living/dining room: This sociable living space is full of character including a stone mullion window, a fireplace with open fire and an exposed Cotswold stone wall.
There are two sofas, a pouffe, a Freeview TV with Apple TV box, and a wooden dining table with seating for six;
Kitchen: Two steps lead down into the well-equipped kitchen which contains a large electric oven with five-ring gas hob, a fridge, freezer, washing machine, microwave, kettle and toaster.
Stairs lead up from the living room to the first floor landing, off which are the following rooms:
Master bedroom: An elegantly furnished room with lovely views overlooking the surrounding countryside.
This room blends contemporary style with period character, with exposed wooden floors and a stone mullion window.
There is a double wooden sleigh bed, a chest of drawers and a hanging rail for storage, and a small TV with a DVD player (please note this TV is for watching DVDs only);
Family bathroom: Contains a bath with an overhead shower, toilet and wash basin.
Further stairs lead up to the second floor and the following rooms:
Bedroom 2: Located in the eaves, this lovely room has beautiful views of the garden and rolling hills beyond.
This room contains a double bed and a chest of drawers;
Bedroom 3: Also in the eaves, this beautifully presented room contains a single bed plus a day bed which can be made up upon request.
For storage this room contains a chest of drawers and clothes stand with hangers.
The pretty garden is at the back of the cottage and consists of a small patio area with a table and seating for four which overlooks the lawn towards the second patio area at the end of the garden.
This patio area also has a bench and a wrought iron seat, and a charcoal barbecue is provided.
Please note that although the garden is enclosed, there is a right of access for the neighbours.
Quiet on-street parking is available at the front of the property.
