Grange Cottage is a large semi-detached Cotswold stone cottage, which sits on a steep slope at the top of a rural lane, and benefits from stunning views.
The front door opens into the conservatory, which leads through to a well laid out ground floor area:
Conservatory: This room enjoys lovely views over the garden to Woodchester and beyond, and has two wicker chairs;
Living room: From the conservatory, a step leads into the characterful living room, which has an exposed Cotswold stone fireplace with a wood burning stove, oak beams, and alcove shelving with a selection of local books.
There are two two-seater sofas, a small arm chair and a window seat that looks out over the valley.
There is also a SMART TV with a DVD player;
Reading room: The living room adjoins this pretty room, which has French doors opening out to the garden.
There is a small writing bureau, two chairs and a hamper of games;
Kitchen/dining room: Steps lead up from the living room to the kitchen, a spacious room with a wooden dining table and seating for six.
The well-equipped kitchen has a double electric oven, a six ring gas hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, toaster, kettle and a hand blender;
Utility room: A convenient space for boots and coats, which contains a washing machine/tumble dryer and a freezer;
Cloakroom: Contains a toilet and a wash basin.

Master bedroom: A lovely eaves room, with high ceilings and exposed oak beams, which contains a king size bed and fitted wardrobe, and has nice views of the woodland behind the cottage;

The door to this bedroom is at the bottom of the stairs and it is not possible to put a stair gate at the top of the stairs, so this room may not be suitable for young children.
