The Old Stables is a quaint stable conversion based just outside of Upton Bishop in Herefordshire.

A group of friends looking for a peaceful getaway should look no further than this gem.

Upton Bishop is a short distance away, offering a village pub and restaurant as well as a range of stunning walks nearby.

There is a whole host of scenery in the surrounding area, with the delightful market town of Ross-on-Wye well worth visiting as it boasts stunning buildings and a good range of amenities.

Upton Bishop offers many lovely walks and cycle routes with the Herefordshire Trail and Wye Valley Walk both close by. Nearby Gorsley offers a well-stocked village shop with Post Office and off licence, along with a popular free house pub with restaurant that's renowned for its Nepalese cuisine both in the county and beyond. Newent, one of the most attractive market towns in the Vale of Leadon and formerly a Roman settlement, has a wide range of attractions, including the half-timbered Old Market Hall dating back to 1668, traditional inns, restaurants, tea rooms and individual shops. Overlooking a large loop in the beautiful River Wye is the historic market town of Ross-on-Wye, situated in the picturesque Wye Valley.
