Kitchen/dining room: Accessed directly from the living room, this well presented room contains a double electric oven, four ring ceramic hob, dishwasher, fridge, small freezer, microwave, toaster and kettle.
There is also a stylish glass dining table, which comfortably seats four.
Stairs lead up from the living room to the small first floor landing, off which are the following rooms:
