“A stunning property that has the wow factor but still felt like home for the week.”

Lots of space for larger groups or families to have their own space. Really easy to walk into town to access all amenities and a short drive to so many beautiful Cotswold towns and villages. Lots of space for larger groups or families to have their own space. Really easy to walk into town to access all amenities and a short drive to so many beautiful Cotswold towns and villages. A million good things to say so please take these next points as constructive feedback ….. the lighting in the kitchen snug area is very dark. This is where our grandson spent most time but reading a book was difficult and it just felt too dark. Same in the games room; more light needed. Also the Wifi was really bad. We basically only ever had it in the living room. We saw the booster in the utility upstairs and saw it wasn’t connected but tried lots and it wouldn’t work. The old WiFi password is still in the kitchen which needs removing. I think this particular issue really needs resolving as some of our party had to work and could only do this in the living room. But the house really is special and we had a fantastic time. The response from the office about a couple of small issues was also outstanding. Thank you

Cotswold House is a very special townhouse perfect for a celebration, holiday or a weekend escape extremely well placed in the heart of Moreton-In-Marsh which serves as a superb base to explore the Cotswolds from.

This is a very special and award-winning holiday home, which has recently been refurbished.

Set in the heart of Moreton in Marsh, Cotswold House is very much the grand (and perfect) Cotswold Retreat, presented beautifully and stylishly with huge, spacious rooms, fabulous floor-to-ceiling windows and all within a hop, skip and jump of Moreton's many restaurants, pubs and shops.

In fact, we'd go as far to say this is one of the most unique and attractive holiday houses anywhere in the Cotswolds.

We absolutely adore it and it appears so too do previous guests who voted it the Cotswolds Best Holiday Cottage at the Cotswolds Concierge Awards!

The building dates back to the early 19th Century and while many features remain, today it is fitted with some stunning touches - oak flooring, a fabulous kitchen with marble worktops ideally placed in the house backing onto the south-facing garden.

Each of the rooms are unique, with a flair that demonstrates the owner's creativity and film-making background!

Downstairs the ground-floor rooms have a lovely flow, perfect for entertaining or simply 'hanging out' before you pootle off to Moreton.

Upstairs the bedrooms, which are spread across two floors, and are a joy.

There is ample off-road parking, plus you're just 2 minutes from the train station which whisks up from London in about 1 hr 25 mins.

This is an excellent holiday cottage in every respect, perfect for a family or for a group who fancy a home for a 'proper' holiday or equally perfect for a short weekend trip to the Cotswolds.

Step out the front door and within two minute's walk, you are immersed in Moreton’s diverse selection of local Restaurants, Pubs, Cheese & Wine Merchants, Artisan Bakers, an Award-winning Coffee shop, Antique shops and even a fabulous interior shop not forgetting three supermarkets close by too.

Everything is on the doorstep.
