    “Having stayed at the boffy September last year we thought we would return for a week in march this year,we fell for it charm and location, however our visit this year was a total disappointment.”

    We arrived on Saturday late afternoon only to find no hot water, no central heating, no connection to internet and a TV stuck on the news channels ,we left a message with a number listed but had to phone again next morning, after some time we were told that a repair to the boiler would be on Monday,no mention of the other issues.we sorted the internet ourselves apparently the log in details in the welcome pack do not match what is on the router, even when the boiler was repaired we struggled to ...

    We arrived on Saturday late afternoon only to find no hot water, no central heating, no connection to internet and a TV stuck on the news channels ,we left a message with a number listed but had to phone again next morning, after some time we were told that a repair to the boiler would be on Monday,no mention of the other issues.we sorted the internet ourselves apparently the log in details in the welcome pack do not match what is on the router, even when the boiler was repaired we struggled to keep warm , Strick instructions not to touch temperature control we had to borrow a heater off friends ,there is a extra heater in the cottage but has cycle where it blows warm air for one minute and switched off for two minutes and was never going to heat a room with a twenty foot vaulted ceiling and a front door you can see daylight through the gaps ,my wife used a throw that was over the settee only to find it was stained from spillage,all in all a very disappointing visit, there was mention of a two night refund but i fear this went towards the boiler repair

    Thank you for your feedback. we are very sorry that your second stay was not a success. Yes there was a boiler problem that manifested itself after the changeover was completed. The repairman visited on Monday morning and resolved the problem. The heater is not intended to be the sole source of heating. We will investigate the internet and Tv problem, they were both working the previous week. We asked that you are refunded for the 2 days that there was no heating. We can understand your frustration, and again are sorry. Property Owner
