Important limitations, however, included a total lack of welcome pack / information about the cottage so we didn't realise we needed to turn the immersion on to have any hot water in the morning (endured a very unpleasant cold shower on the first morning). The TV needs replacing - no service on ITV (annoying as my children were hoping to watch a Christmas programme) and intermittent service on BBC (kept cutting out). We did love the fire and living space, though.

We do have an out of hours phone line for any emergency call outs and our office is open Monday to Saturday, we would have welcomed the opportunity to rectify the issues you had during your stay and we are sorry for any inconvenience these may have caused. We will be looking into all the points you raised, as the hot water is supplied from the boiler and should not require the immersion and the television has both Freeview channels and the streaming apps. we hope we can welcome you back to the Cotswolds again in the future.
