The front door opens into a small hallway, which leads through to a well laid out ground floor area:
Living room: This lovely, characterful room has reclaimed wooden floors and a feature fireplace with wood burning stove.
There are two comfortable sofas, a SMART TV with blu-ray player, and a selection of DVDs and games;
Kitchen: This well presented area is open plan to the living room, and contains an electric cooker and four-ring electric hob, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, kettle, toaster and cafetiere;
Dining room: A door leads through to the conservatory style dining room, which contains a dining table and four chairs.
French doors open directly out into the private garden;
Cloakroom: Contains a toilet and wash basin.
Stairs lead up from the hallway to the first floor landing, off which are the following rooms:
Bedroom 1: A beautiful room, overlooking the back garden, which contains a king size bed and a built in wardrobe;
Bedroom 2: Another lovely room, also overlooking the back garden, which can be set up as either a king size bed or two 75cm wide single beds;
