The property

Northwick Cottage makes a wonderful base for families and friends to explore the market town of Evesham in Worcester.

It offers a woodburning stove for chilly nights, as well as a charming, fenced yard with chairs so you can relax outside.

Dine in the dining room, which is decorated in a grey and white style with four dining chairs, and relax in the sitting room, which has two plush sofas, a TV, a woodburning stove, and vibrantly coloured walls.

An electric oven, an induction hob, a microwave, a fridge, and a freezer, as well as a washing machine, are all present and correct in the kitchen.

Step outside from here to the gravel garden where you may relax with a glass of wine on the furniture and catch up on your day's adventures.

As the night draws to a close, retire indoors and make your way upstairs to a bathroom with white tiles that has a standalone tub for a relaxing soak and a walk-in shower for a quick rinse.

Choose between two tastefully decorated bedrooms, one with a king-size bed and the other with twin beds, all of which have matching furnishings for storing your possessions.

Due to its convenient location in the heart of Evesham, a market town, guests of Northwick Cottage may easily explore the area's independent stores, cafes, and restaurants.

Drive to the nearby attractions to meet adorable farm animals at All Things Wild, explore the indoor rainforest at Stratford Butterfly Farm, or experience splendour at the Coughton Court National Trust site.

Explore further afield in Stratford-upon-Avon, a city with a long history that dates back to William Shakespeare's time.

Numerous landmarks connected to the renowned writer may be found in the area, including his birthplace, Anne Hathaway's Cottage, and the Bancroft Gardens.

Make unforgettable memories at Northwick Cottage.

About the location

EVESHAM

Stratford-upon-Avon 14 miles; Worcester 16 miles; Cheltenham 17 miles.

The pretty market town of Evesham lies within the Vale of Evesham, in a horseshoe of the River Avon, within driving distance of Worcester, Cheltenham and Stratford-upon-Avon. Evesham and the surrounding area is famous for its market gardening and the town has an array of individual shops, tea rooms, craft and antique shops, many traditional pubs, an Art Deco cinema and thriving arts centre. Steeped in history and mentioned in the Domesday Book, Evesham has a number of beautiful black and white timbered buildings, namely the 15th century merchants house in the Market Square, and the remains of Evesham Abbey are believed to date back to the 8th century. The area offers many lovely walks with Shakespeare’s Avon Way, Wychavon Way and The Heart of England Way all close by. Evesham Country Park is well worth a visit with an extensive garden centre, well-stocked farm shop, courtyard shops and restaurant, as well as a 130-acre estate criss-crossed with walks, or take a stroll up Bredon Hill home to an Iron Age Fort, Roman ramparts and numerous old standing stones all within the Cotswolds Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The nearby spa town of Malvern dates back to the Bronze Age, attracting plenty of visitors with its antique and craft fairs and auctions throughout the year, and the ancient cathedral city of Worcester, birthplace of Sir Edward Elgar is also close by.

Please Note: this property requires a Good House-Keeping Bond of £200.00.
