“The location was good in that you could walk into Bradford on Avon and also get easy access to the river and the canal.”

It was a good base for visiting Bath and several National Trust properties in the area. The lounge was comfortable and the bedrooms were fine. The heating was very efficient. The kitchen and bathroom however could do with some updating. It was impossible to read the dials on the oven and we ruined one of our meals becaue of this. A copy of the cooker handbook would be helpful or at least a photopcpy of the page shopwing the cooker dials. A better shower would also be appreciated. It would ...

It would be helpful if a few cleaning materials were available to use during the week. We tried to use the hoover before we left but the small of 'dog' was just awful. It had obviously been used by people with dogs in the house and hadn't been emptied. The house could really do with a good clean - the windows were dirty and it all just felt a bit tired. Not up to the 4 star standrd of other properties we have stayed in.
