The Annex is a delightful holiday retreat set on the edge of the picturesque and renowned Cotswold village of Ewen, with its superb pub the The Wild Duck. The cottage is approximately 3 miles from Cirencester, the Roman Capital of the Cotswolds, which has a wide selection of shops and restaurants as well as attractions worth visiting. Set amongst rolling countryside and overlooking a delightful cottage garden and fields beyond to the rear, this cottage offers excellent, clean accommodation inside at superb value for money. 

ACCOMMODATION

Entrance into hallway
Kitchen fully fitted with electric hob and electric grill and oven. Washing machine, tumble drier, microwave, large fridge and freezer.
Living / Dining room with sofa and two chairs, TV and DVD player and stereo, electric flame-effect fire. French doors to patio area and garden beyond. Table chairs to seat four people.
Cloakroom with WC and washbasin

Upstairs
Bedroom One with king size bed, chest of drawers and wardrobe.
Bedroom Two with twin beds and wardrobe.
Bathroom with bath, stand-alone power shower, WC and washbasin.

Outside

The Annex has its own private patio area, with table and chairs. There is also access to the owners garden, which they are happy for guests to use. 

Storage heaters throughout. Heating & electricity included. Off street parking.

Sorry No Pets. Any day changeover, except July and August. Children aged 10+ welcome NO 'BABES IN ARMS' EITHER!!
