Gumstalls Barn is an extremely spacious holiday property set in classic rolling English countryside, with many features which we believe make it a very suitable family or small group get-together. The barn, which sits in the grounds of the owner's home, has undergone a full refurbishment and yet the property retains character and appeal while having included a number of very beneficial features to make it an ideal rural retreat. Internally there is a very large open plan living space on the ground floor ideal for entertaining and 'spreading out', while outside there is a very large garden surrounding the holiday home overlooking nothing but fields. We are particularly taken by this holiday cottage as it offers real peace and yet great convenience should you wish to tour the Wye Valley, Forest of Dean, Cotswolds or even Wales. An excellent choice.

Dining Area with enormous dining table, suitable for 10 people easily
Kitchen, fully equipped, with electric hob and oven, microwave, fridge, freezer and dishwasher. Door to terrace area with garden beyond.
Utility Room with washing machine and tumble drier.

Bedroom One, large room with King Size bed, small chest of drawers plus Ensuite Shower Room with WC and washbasin

Please note that although there are no wardrobes in the bedrooms, the owners have instead created ample hanging space in a large cupboard on the landing, accessible for all bedrooms

An enormous garden, surrounded by fields and a small lane on one side. There is a large children's climbing frame, plus copious space for playing. Table and chairs. No BBQ

Near by is a separate cottage called The Piggery (sleeps 5) which could be booked for larger party groups up to 15 people. Ryder Cup dates are priced separately, please call for charges.
